Essay

Object: the processes of forming of the system of the effective use of the agricultural lands at regional level. Purpose: determination of principles of increase of economic-ecological efficiency of the agricultural lands use in the context of steady development. Methods: monographic, abstractly-logical, graphical, economic-statistical. Novelty: for the first time conceptual bases of forming of self-supporting balance of humus and charges on its addition which provides coverage of deficit of nutritives for the forest-steppe area of the Polissja region were certain. Results: methodological and practical approaches in relation to the increase of economic-ecological efficiency of the agricultural lands use are developed in the conditions of landed relations reformation. Introduced at the main regional administration of the land relations in Rivne region, at other public institutions, at educational process.
