Polishchuk O. Comparative aspects of contraception at women with a chronic pyelonephritis.

Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency of not planned pregnancy and by-effects of various methods of contraception at women with a chronic pyelonephritis on the basis of complex studying endocrinological status, biochemical, hemostaziological parameters and a condition microbiozenose vaginas, and also development of a technique complex uses of hormonal contraceptives and medicamentous correction. Comparative aspects of use intrauterine and hormonal methods of contraception at women with a chronic pyelonephritis, and also influence of these methods of contraception on biochemical and hemostaziological changes are investigated. Advantages and lacks of various methods of contraception that allows practical doctors to carry out an individual approach to a choice of this or that method of contraception at women of this group are shown. Comparative aspects of the basic clinical displays genital and somatic character are investigated. Higher efficiency of the combined method of contraception is shown in comparison with intrauterine contraception at women with a chronic pyelonephritis. A quality monitoring behind efficiency and an acceptability of various methods of contraception with use biochemical, hemostaziological, endocrinological and microbiological parameters are offered.
