Scientific work is devoted to decrease(reduction) in frequency incompetent pregnancy and perinatal pathology at first labour in late reproductive age on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, endocrinological, metabolic and microbiological changes, and also improvement of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. It is established frequency and terms of spontaneous interruption of pregnancy in 1 trimester at first labour in late reproductive age depending on necessity of application of auxiliary reproductive technologies. The available data about patogenesise of incompetent pregnancy at are expanded on the basis of received endocrinological the data and their interrelation with clinical-ehografical changes.
