Mironjuk J. Reproductive health of women at long intrauterine contraceptions.

Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive health of women at long use intrauterine contraception on the basis of studying clinical-morphological, microbiological and immunological features, and also development and introduction of a complex of medical - diagnostic actions. Comparative aspects of influence of various terms of duration and a concrete variant intrauterine contraceptive on a condition of reproductive health of women are investigated. Morphological features endometrya, clinical features are established: structure, semiology and methods of treatment of inflammatory processes of genitals at patients without and on a background intrauterine contraceptions. The received data have allowed to prove purposeful preventive maintenance of infringements immunoresistation and microbiozenose genital path at long use intrauterine contraception. Results of the lead researches have allowed to develop and offer algorithm of actions of the practical doctor at long use intrauterine contraception, and also at development in these patients of inflammatory diseases of reproductive system.
