Timofiieva M. Psychological terms of the development of future family doctor's communicative competence.

Dissertation is dedicated to the research of a problem of future family doctor's communicative competence. As a result of our analysis of literary sources the psychological structure of a person's communicative competence determined and the structural-dynamic model of technology of the development of family doctor's communicative competence consisting of three components, is offered. That predetermines a person's election of the proper strategy of cooperation with surrounding and the forms of actualization of "I" ("Me"). The conducted empiric research of the levels of future family doctor's communicative readiness revealed the correlation between two phenomena communicative competence of the explored and their individual peculiarities. The offered model of psychological terms and technology of the development of future family doctor's communicative competence allows to provide the proper level of professional readiness of the proper specialists. Complex of methods of the development of future family doctor's communicative competence, worked out in our research, can be used in the process of teaching and retraining of the proper specialists in higher educational establishments and system of postgraduate education.
