Ovchynnikova T. Use of the social and psychological management technologies at agricultural enterprises (on the basis of materials of Lviv region).

The Object of research: system of social and psychological relations, which are established in the course of human recourses management of agricultural enterprises. The purpose of research: justification of theoretical and methodological provisions and applied recommendations concerning the use of social and psychological management methods under the conditions of agrarian economy transformation and consolidation of market management forms. Methods: concrete historical, monographic method, method of system and contrastive analysis, method of expert judgement, opinion polls and sociometric testing, settlement and structural method, graphic and tabular method, method of economic and statistical analysis and modeling, method of value orientation unity. Theoretical and practical results: fundamental provisions of management theory serve as a theoretical and methodological basis for the research, which allows to systematize functioning approaches in order to understand the meaning of social and psychological management methods at agricultural enterprises on the basis of including motivation economic aspects in their structure; causes model development of descriptive decomposition structure of the head’s management potential and influence modeling of internal and external environment on the personnel of agricultural enterprise. Practical importance of the research’s results lies in the fact that they are deepening and adjusting system and situational approaches relating to use of social and psychological management methods to the conditions of agricultural production. Use of the received research’s results in individual economies of the region has a material influence on formation of the organization culture of agricultural enterprises, rise of the level of profitability, development of management and leadership, and in general on the village social and psychological development. Research novelty: firstly mechanism of determination of extent of influence of basic management qualities of the head on the level ofefficiency of agricultural enterprise was developed on the basis of including the head’s competence, his businesslike character and organizational skills as a basis of a situational leadership; system model of carrying out descriptive decomposition of the structure of the head’s management potential of agricultural enterprise was improved depending on the head’s skills to apply social and psychological management methods; methodical provisions of diagnostics of the personnel quality and mechanism structure of its motivation to highly efficient labour and personnel formation of agricultural enterprises were developed with taking into consideration the accordance of this process with the level of organization culture of the enterprise, its new strategy and changes in external environment. Degree of introduction: by the Main administration of the agricultural development of Lviv regional state administration, by the Administration of the agricultural development of Yavoriv district state administration, byZhydachiv district state administration of Lviv region and PAF named after Ivan Franko of Mykolayiv district of Lviv Region. Effictiveness: the best efficiency of the activity of the heads under forty and huge increase of the efficiency of economies owing to the implementation of social and psychological management methods were justified; it was proved that operating efficiency of personnel is achieved by means of implementation of the basics of participative and motivation management on the basis of transformation of forms of ownership and personnel into coowners of the reformed agricultural enterprises.
