Moskovchenko I. Miniinvasive methods in the treatment of bleeding gastroduodenal ulcers in the patient of old and senior age.

There was demontsrated the high efficiency of the use of combined method of local endoscopic hemostasis (combination of photocagulation and fibrinic glue) in the patients of old and senior age with ulcerous gastrointestinal hemorrhage comparingly to other methods of endoscopic local hemostasis and medication therapy. There were proposed the new original methods of endolaparoscopic local hemostasis. The algorithm of the use of the various methods of endoscopic and laparoscopic hemostasis in the patients of old and senior age with ulcerous gastrointestinal hemorrhage dependently to the clinical situation was offered. The effictiveness of the proposed methods of hemostasis was approved by the evidence of the treatment of 1095 the patients of old and senior age with ulcerous gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
