The object of research: the organization and economic relations in milk produce sub complex of Zaporizhzhya region and transformation processes occurring in them. The purpose of research: elaboration of theoretical and methodical bases and practical recommendations directed on improving of the organization and economic relations and also validation of the proposals on optimization of allocation of raw base of milk processing enterprises and organization and economic connections of procuring and marketing cooperatives with other subjects of dairy business. Methods: abstract-logical, monographic, economical and statistical (average and relative, comparison, groupings, lines of dynamics), economic-mathematical, account-constructive, graphic, sociometric. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis of research is the dialectic method of knowledge, system approach to study of the economic phenomena, works of the domestic and foreign scientists on agrarian economy, milk produce sub complex, organization and economic relations, recommendation of scientifically-research establishments. Research novelty: for the first time is proved an optimum network of dairy procuring and marketing cooperatives and scheme of organization and economic connections between them and other subjects of milk market, therefore the rational combination of interests of the consumers and manufacturers of milk will be supplied; the forms of vertical coordination and integration in milk produce sub complex by criteria of domination of economic interests (cooperation are specified, in which the not agricultural business is not submitted absolutely; the contract relations admitting different degrees of mutual isolation of the agricultural and not agricultural subjects; integration on the part of not agricultural business); is advanced the methodical approaches to formation of optimum transport flows of interregional redistribution of dairy raw material on the basis of use of economic-mathematical model; Have received the further development scientific-applied bases of forecasting of a supply and demand on the market milk which take into account a perspective population of region, probable changes in consumer moods and economic conditions of development milk produce sub complex; the methodical approaches to improvement of the organization and economic relations between the manufacturers of raw material and processing enterprises on a contractual basis, creation of raw base for maintenance of optimum loading of capacities of the processing enterprises. Degree of introduction: the results of research have found practical use in work of Senior management of agroindustrial development of the Zaporizhzhya regional state administration, management of agroindustrial development of Melitopol regional state administration, of Chkalov village council of Veselovskiy district of the Zaporizhzhya region, in economic activity of private enterprise “Molokozavod OLKOM” and are used in educational process of Tavriyskiy state agro-technological university. Effectiveness: the introduction of results of research will allow to improve the organization and economic relations in milk produce sub complex of the region.
