The thesis is devoted to investigation and formation of methodological and regulatory principles of creation of professional product certification systems (PCS). PCS methodology, efficient selection of characteristics and PCS indexes method,PCS standardization system model and methodology of assessment of technical and economic effect from standardization were elaborated. PCS regulatory and organizational basis is worked out and implemented as the Conception “Special Register”.
