Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of remodeling features of vessels, endothelial function of arteries and cerebral circulation of blood for patients with hypertension associated with occlusive brachial artery disease and hypertension of the II stage, and also to influence of monotherapy of Spirapril and Lacidipin on processes that were studied. Intercorrelation is set between stage of cerebral perfusion dysfunction, remodeling of arteries and endothelial function of extracranial arteries. Negative influence of endothelium-dependent dysfunction is well-proven vasodilatation of internal carotid arteries on Doppler. It is well-proven that increase of ET-1 concentrations in blood serum of patients with hypertension associated with occlusive artery disease and by making progress decline of FV, which is very important for early diagnostics of disease and correct choice of antihypertension therapy. It is proven that antihypertension medication influence cerebral hemodynamics differently. The medication ofchoice for patients with hypertension associated with occlusive artery disease is Lacidipin, as Spirapril is more effective in patients with hypertension without documented stenosises of internal carotids.
