Demidova O. The mechanism of management in organizational potential of subjects real sector economy

Object of research are economy managerial processes in organizational potential of subjects of real sector. A research objective is working out of the concept of a controlling mechanism in organizational potential of subjects of real sector of economy and a complex of models of its realisation directed on formation and an effective utilisation of organizational resources in management by their activity. Methods - a dialectic method, the system approach, economic analysis, logic generalization, economic-mathematical modelling, the structural analysis, expert judgements, the graphic analysis. Results: conditions of increase of productivity of organizational resources of subjects of real sector of economy; the controlling mechanism concept in organizational potential of subjects of real sector of economy; controlling mechanism supply with information in organizational potential, management model in communication potential of subjects of real sector of economy; management model in structurally functional potential of subjects of real sector of economy; management model in administrative potential of subjects of real sector of economy. Novelty: for the first time conditions of increase of productivity of organizational resources of subjects of real sector of economy on the basis of management in their potential are defined; the controlling mechanism concept in organizational potential of subjects of real sector of the economy is developed on the basis of the system approach, allowing to form their individual communication, structurally functional and administrative policy directed on decrease of labour input of administrative works, increase of outputs, decrease in costs of resources in the basic production; the controlling mechanism supply with information in the organizational potential which purpose is granting to workers of management of the greatest possible freedom in choosing in the decision-making, communication on balanced interaction communication, structurally functional and administrative potentialsis improved; have received the further development management model in communication potential of subjects of real sector of economy; management model in structurally functional potential of subjects of real sector of economy; management model in administrative potential of subjects of real sector of economy.
