Dissertation is devoted to the analysis and issues of the attestation of law-enforcement bodies officials. Notion and matter of the attestation of law-enforcement bodies officials are defined, legal origin of the attestation of law-enforcement bodies officials is revealed, analysis of the law regulation of the procedure of the attestation of law-enforcement bodies officials is realized, perspectives of its development are determined. The procedure of the attestation in law-enforcement bodies is researched and directions of its improvement are defined.
