Dvoryanyn V. Ecological-economic preconditions of energetically- generating enterprises' balanced development

Ob''ekt are processes which influence on the environment of region, as a result of economic activity of energygenerating enterprises of VAT "Zakhidenergo". A purpose is development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations in relation to realization of ekologo-ekonomichnikh principles of management of power industry of region enterprises at forming of the ecologically balanced economy. Methods - monographic, abstractly logical, graphic, ekonomiko statistical. Novelty - a improved of ekologo-ekonomichnogo management a fuel and energy complex which foresees introduction of local self-government of permissions of ecological character organs in relation to the level of possible contamination of natural environment the enterprises of power industry within the limits of territory of region. Result - the methodological and practical going is developed near providing of the balanced development of energygenerating enterprises. It is inculcated - in structural subdivisions VAT of "Zakhidenergo", in an educational process.
