Mosenko S. The examination of the motor-tonic and vegetative disorders in the recovery period of the hemispheric ischemic stroke

The clinical and instrumental examination designed to improve the diagnosing process of the motor-tonic and vegetative disorders has been conducted in 122 patients, including 92 patients in the recovery period of the hemispheric ischemic stroke and related. The clinical variations, depending on the stroke lateralization has been studied in patients with the motor-tonic and vegetative disorders at the recovery period of the hemispheric stroke; the clinical neurophysiologic comparison trends have been figured out. The evaluation of the relativity of motor disorders, i.e. paresis and muscular tonus has been carried out in the groups of patients with various motor-tonic disorders. Proposed diagnostic neurophysiologic criteria of paresis severity and muscular tonus disorders. The neurophysiologic analysis of sympathetic skin response was used for objective evaluation of sympathetic activity disorders, related to central and peripheral regulation dysfunction. The pathogenetic of motor-tonic and vegetative disorders has been proved.
