Essay

It is offered to use as the main actuating mechanism consisting of the driving crank two gear-wheels with inner engagement and gear ratio 3 and regulated distance of an eccentricity of connecting rod suspension. Its mathematical model is developed for kinematic analysis and synthesis of the mechanism. The methods of mechanism parameters synthesis based upon optimal criteria satisfaction condition are proposed.
