Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the question of increase of efficiency of renewal of reproductive function in patients with extra-uterine pregnancy (EP). On the basis of study in patients with EP the factors of risk of development and relapse of this pathology, features of immune and cytokine status, activity of the system of free radical oxidization that antioxidant defense, contents of fibronectin and conditional activity of enzyme N-acethyltransferaza it was developed the chart of reproductive disturbances pathogenesis at EP, method of the combined organ-preserved treatment, method of complex rehabilitation after operation, that in an aggregate resulted to the increase of cases amount of saving of uterine pipes communicating and offensive of uterine pregnancy and the decrease of EP recidives number.
