Research object: the processes of the money saturation of transformation economy. Research purpose: the development of the substance characteristics and properties of dynamics of monetization of transformation economy. Research methods: dialectical, logical-historical, systemic-structural, factor analysis. Results, novelty: the definition and periodization of monetization are offered, its factors are classified, the regression quotation which makes possible to prognoses the monetization is got, the elasticity of the monetization in Ukraine is researched, the influence of monetary instruments and interest politics on the monetization level is evaluated. Sphere of the application: lectures and special courses on “Economic theory”, “Government control”, in practical activity of the establishment.
