Thesis devoted to actual problem of surgery - prevention and surgical treatment of false aneurysms of anastomosis in patients operated on aorto-femoral segment. Based on complex investigation of causes of development of false aneurysms were analyzed that allowed to define indications, type and tactics of surgical treatment. Algorithms of prevention and surgical treatment of false aneurysms were worked out. Methods of strengthening of proximal and distal anastomosis were developed and improved that allowed to achieve positive results in 80.4% of patients.
