Gaydayenko O. Control of Development and Forming of Recreation Territories

PhD thesis is devoted to scientific grounding and working out of methodical recommendations concerning development and forming of recreation territories. In the thesis there was grounded necessity of transformation of lands of recreation destination into recreation territories, since interference of lands of recreation destination on categories of other lands as per purpose destination leads to loss of sense of these categories of lands. There was proved necessity of inventory and on this ground forming of lands of recreation fund, which has special curing sanitary, recovering, cognitive, esthetic, cultural and other values with their introduction into the Unified State Register; revealed necessity of improvement of pecuniary valuation and directions of improvement of regulatory support of recreation territories development. In the PhD thesis there was formulated a categorized definition of the notion "control" and "regulation" of recreation territories, proposed organization and economic mechanisms and functions of control of these territories. There were investigated the sense and structure of projects of organization of the use of land of recreation territories, proposed a mechanism of determination of the point of breakeven and effectiveness of capital investments in development of tourist business.
