Essay

The work is devoted to development of effective method of waste water purifi-cation from copper and chrome ions by yeasts of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and permanent magnetic field; methods - microbiological, biochemical, physical-chemical, mathematical; novelty - it is found, that multivortex magnetohydrodynamic stirring, which arises during inclusion of ferromagnetic elements to suspension by influence of the permanent magnetic field, considerably intensifies sorption of ions of copper and chrome yeasts. The influence of the permanent magnetic field as well as characteristics of ferromagnetic elements on stirring of suspension of yeasts have been determined. The optimal conditions of process of copper and chrome ions biosorption from suspension were determined applying multivortex magnetohydrodynamic stirring. Result - the industrial testing of purification of water of galvanic department from copper and chrome ions was carried out as result of the work. Sphere of use - biotechnology.
