Gerasimenko O. Features of surgical treatment of damages of pelvic organs at politravma in the sharp period of traumatic illness.

An author is conduct complex research 169 sufferings with damages pelvic organs in the sharp period of traumatic illness, from what 98 entered in a control group, 71 - to experimental. In a control group (patients which were on treatment in the Kyiv city clinical hospital of medical first-aid from 2000 to 2003) for the estimation of weight of trauma anatomic scales were used, the prognosis of flow of traumatic illness did not take into account a functional component. For the patients of experimental group (2004-2006) anatomice was conducted is a functional estimation of weight of trauma, and prognosis of flow of traumatic illness - in a complex with a multifactor analysis. It was allowed to select the groups of victims with a "favorable", "doubtful" and "unfavorable" prognosis. The complete volume of operations was executed in the control group of most patients (in 45,9 %), a minimum volume was executed in 21,4 % victims, brief - in 32,7 %. In an experimental group volume of operating interferences wasbased on the prognosis of flow of traumatic illness, which was determined on the above-mentioned scales. At an unfavorable prognosis the minimum volume of operations (42,2 %) was executed, at doubtful - brief (28,2 %), at favorable - complete (29,6 %). Due to the tactic offered by us it was succeeded to reduce lethality from 39,8 % in a control clinical group to 32,4 % in experimental, thus lethality in the sharp period of trauma is reduced in 2,2 times (from 27,5 % to 12,7 %; р<0,05).
