Essay

The thesis discusses ideas of followers and opponents of the innate nature of language concept. In the research reviewed problem of an instinct, and on this basis interpreted conceptual and methodological argument of Stiven Pinker's conception of an instinctive nature of a language. Author makes comparative analysis of the basic paradigms about language and speech. And shows the possible ways how to interpret the speech act in different paradigms, such as: analytic philosophy, structuralism and generativism. The research suggests that speech has intentional being, and characterize such phenomena's as: shared intentionality and dialogical representation; it was showed the efficacy of attracting this phenomena's to the analysis of speech activity problem in the conception of Michael Tomasello.
