The thesis is devoted to the complex research of current problems in the field of the administrative-legal ensuring of juvenile rights and freedoms. Juvenile rights and freedoms as objects of the administrative-legal ensuring; definition and peculiarities of the administrative-legal ensuring of juvenile rights and freedoms, system of subjects of the administrative-legal ensuring of juvenile rights and freedoms, militia as a subject of the administrative-legal ensuring of juvenile rights and freedoms are investigated and discovered. The research of the procedure of the administrative-legal ensuring of juvenile rights and freedoms and its guarantee, legal regulation of juvenile rights and freedoms in the sphere of executive of improvement of procedure of the administrative-legal ensuring of juvenile rights and freedoms are given. The anther presents practical recommendations and suggestions to normative legal acts focused on the effective and qualitative administrative-legal ensuring of juvenile rightsand freedoms.
