Object of the investigation - experimental animals with model to peptic ulcer and patients different age groups with pathology of gastroduodenal zones; the purpose - to establish importance local nonspecific proteolytic mechanism in development of the ulcerous defeats of the stomach and duodenum and develop the criteria of the diagnostics and forecast of their development; the methods - biochemical, morphological, statistical; novelty and results - consist in experimental and clinical study of the processes proteolysis stomach and intestine contents are revealed new pathogenetic aspects, which serves the reason of the development to peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum; is it for the first time installed that mechanisms of the damage of the stomach and duodenum mucous membrane directly interdependent with breaches in system: nonspecific proteinases and inhibitors; it is shown by that factor, which brings about damage of the mucous membrane, serves the oppression local antiproteolytic potential whenincrease the activities nonspecific proteinases, in the first place elastase-like activity; new approach is designed in principal for improvement of the diagnostics degree damages of the stomach and duodenum mucous membrane in patients with gastroduodenal pathology; it is introduced - - in studding process at departments of pathophysiology of medical universities in Crimean, Kharkov, Ternopol, Odessa, Donetsk, Sumy; sphere of use - medicine (pathological physiology).
