Research object - patients with oncologic by the diseases is cancer of stomach and multiple myeloma; purpose - to set the role of the system of proteolysis and glycosylation of immunoglobulins in pathogeny of malignant new formations, experimentally to prove intercommunication of these nosotropic links with the conformation changes of the immunoglobulins attended with diminishing of their firmness to the action of proteolytic enzymes; methods are clinical, biochemical, electrophoresis and statistical; novelty and results - consists of experimental proof of meaningfulness of changes of activity of the system of proteolysis and carbohydrate components of immunoglobulins G in pathogeny of cancer of stomach and multiple myeloma; it is inculcated - in an educational process on the departments of pathological physiology of the Crimea state medical university, Donetsk national medical university, the Kharkov national medical university, Ternopol's state medical university, Ivano-Frankivsk state medical university and in the practical worker of the Crimea republican clinical oncologic dispensary; the sphere of the use is the pedagogical process of departments of pathological physiology of medical Institutes of higher, clinical practice of surgical clinics; sphere of use - medicine (pathological physiology).
