Essay

This research focuses on problems of the administrative and legal responsibility for breaking the advertising legislation. In the thesis it was carried out an analysis of theoretical problems and legal fundamentals of the administrative responsibility for breaking the advertising legislation; it was revealed the characteristic of the structure of administrative offence in the sphere of advertising activity and its elements; it was determined the list of offences which break the advertising legislation. It was investigated the notion and the stages of proceeding in cases about breaking the advertising legislation.In the thesis it was worked up the suggestions and recommendations on improving of the present legislation which determine the responsibility for breaking the advertising legislation.
