Essay

Dissertation lights up the complex of questions of theoretical and practical character of related to the administrative and legal regulation of private notarial activity. In-process certainly system of subjects of private notarial activity, maintenance of the administrative and legal regulation of private notarial activity is considered, the analysis of foreign legislation is carried out in relation to the administrative and legal regulation of notarial activity, the modern state of private notarial activity is analysed. On the basis of the results got during research, suggestions are developed in relation to perfection of administrative legislation, the complex of measures of organizing influence is offered on private notarial activity.
