Teplyuk M. The constitutional and legal problems of organization of public power in Ukraine.

In the thesis there has been researched the concept of public power, its essence and forms of realization in the system of constitutional order of Ukraine; there have been analysed the state power and local self-government in the aspect of their organization and functioning on the principles of separation of power and from the position of complementarity and co-operation; there has been researched the problem of providing the unity of public power, there have been determined the actuality and necessity of reformation of public power, there have been formulated the methodological approaches and main directions of reform of the power institutions. There has been proposed the author's conception of general laws of the organization and functioning of public power, there has been substantiated a set of principal provisions concerning the constitutional and legal problems of organization of public power in Ukraine, particularly, the necessity and methods of providing the unity of public power, there has been specified the constitutional delineation of the concept of local self-government, and there has been proposed also a set of other conclusions and recommendations of methodological nature.
