Thesis covers study of influence of cryoprotectants and froze-thaw on structural and functional state of the bone marrow of dogs. The results obtained in the work testify to the fact, that 7% DMSO is the efficient cryoprotectant during cryopreservation for bone marrow cells of dogs. PEO-400 and glycerol are capable to preserve cells during cryopreservation, but suspension of cells considerably lost the number of cells on the finish study of development .
