Nahorichna O. The customs service workers’ after diploma training for professional activities on the personality oriented approach

In the thesis the heart of the issue “the after diploma training of the customs service workers” is clarified, the peculiarities of the after diploma training of the customs service workers’ are shown, the components and criteria of the readiness for the professional activities are concretized. The organizational-pedagogical conditions’ totalities of such process are determined. The pedagogical technology for the after diploma training for the customs’ workers professional training on personality based approach was researched and experimentally checked. Its’ components are logically connected: the purposes, structure of the double-circuit professional personality oriented scheme and peculiarities of the customs service workers’ after diploma training, pedagogical-organizational conditions, components of the readiness for professional activities, stages of the technology introduction and result.
