Kovalenko O. Intellectual Capital: the Processes of Forming and Development in Ukraine

Intellectual capital and features of his functioning on a macrolevel. The research of place and role of intellectual capital in the national economy, and the research of intellectually-innovative model of Ukraine economy development on the basis of complex analysis of intellectual capital forming and development. Methods: system method of scientific cognition, analytical, scientific abstraction, summarizing, logical, statistical, method of comparative analysis. Results: the classifications signs of intellectual capital are determined; its features as high-quality new factor of production are explored; the mechanism of profits receipt from the use of intellectual capital is extended. The intellectually-innovative model of development of Ukraine is offered. Recommendations on the strengthening role of the state in the processes of forming of population innovative culture in providing of intellectually-innovative development of Ukraine are inculcated.
