Zaher K. Role of immunologic and psycho-emotional disturbance in eczema and its correction by further complex treatment.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of the increased treatment efficiency in patients with discoid and microbial eczema with the help of new generation immuno-tropic drugs-polyoxidonium, and also taking into consideration individual psycho-emotional status of the patients. In the statistic reliable group of patients, clinico-immunologic patho-psychologic individuality of the course of discoid and microbial eczema were studied. Thus it was set that in the situation of appearance and further development of specific wound of skin, which scratches, has its place not only in decreasing the quality of life in these people but in formation of sufficient non conform and internal patterns of psychologic ratio to eczema, which is considerably from the stags and formation of clinical progress of eczematic process, so in different meaning from "external" factors like age, education and duration of disease. Completed imuno-haematologic experiments showed that in аpplication of polyoxidonium derivative drugs in treatment of all form of eczematic processes was characterized by increased level of T-lymphocytyes to level of values in the control group, and also normalization or disturbance ratio in T-cells subpopulation which definite shows the central effect of the drug in direction of quality of differentiation of subpopulation of T-lymphocytes. Received results by us gave the right to characterize polyoxidonium as one of the most responsive group of immuno-tropic drugs in treating eczema. Its application is possible in different forms of the disease and different activity stages.
