Khaliuk S. Constitutional-Legal Status of High Council of Justice

This dissertation is purposed to the study of constitutional-legal status of the High Council of Justice in Ukraine. The elements of constitutional-legal status of the High Council of Justice are grounded in this work. The author's meaning of the High Council of Justice and its features are represented. Development are genesis, place of the High Council of Justice in the system of public authorities system, its function and characterized, and represented are conditions that will provide to improvement of constitutional-legal status of the High Council of Justice. Is specified and characterized the High Council of Justice system of guaranties providing in fact the possibility of powers, and effect protection of the High Council of Justice legal status determined by the Constitution and other normative acts. The High Council of Justice organizational and functional structure was studied, its activity forms and methods have been analyzed. A range of events purposed to improvement of the High Council of Justice legal status is recommended.
