Ivanov Y. State regulation of the TV communicational sphere's development

Object of research: process of realization of state informative policy. Purpose: ground of perfection of mechanisms of state regulation of development of TV communications sphere in Ukraine in modern terms, theoretical bases of providing of access of population to the informative resources. Methods: systems and complex approach, analysis and synthesis, design, abstracting and generalization, sociological questioning. Results: approaches to providing of access of citizens to universal TV communications services are offered. Novelty: theoretical positions on perfection of mechanisms of state regulation of development of TV communications sphere in Ukraine are grounded, realization of informative function of the state. It is inculcated in activity of organs of power of the Dergachy district of the Kharkiv region and company "Ukrtelekom". Areas of use: state administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
