Research object: prose works by A.Lyubchenko. Research purpose: to study the peculiarity of the main features of poetics of the prose by A.Lyubchenko. Research methods: structural-semiotic, cultural-historical, typological, the method of motive analysis. Results, novelty: for the first time an attempt of a complex study of the poetics of works by A.Lyubchenko was made. The field of application: university courses of the history of Ukrainian literature of the twentieth century.
