Gеntosh D. Pea root rots, prognosis of their development and substantiation of measures by decreasing of harmfulness in Ukrainian right-bank Forest-steppe conditions

Pea root rots spreading and development were investigated and their economic harmfulness thresholds were calculated in Ukrainian right-bank Forest-steppe conditions during 2000-2006. Close reverse correlation connection (r= - 0,995) was established between disease development and seed weight. The species structure of disease agents was specified. The results obtained by fusaric pea root rot etiology and factors decreasing level of the fungal infection give a possibility of biological substantiation of measures by limitation of disease development in different agrocenoses. Prognosis models for determination of pea root rot spreading and prediction of harvest losses were created. Mathematical models built for long and short-term prognoses of pea root rots development give a possibility to apply protection measures more effective. Estimation of 38 pea sort resistance against root rot was done. Role of agrotechnical measures in limitation of disease development was determined.
