Nesterovich V. Constitutional and legal aspects of lobbying in the law-making of Ukraine

The legal-theoretical analysis of categorical and conceptual apparatus of lobbying is carried out in the work, the present-day tendencies and directions in development of methods of lobbying and their reflection in the lobby legislation are exposed, foreign constitutional and legal experience in lobbying through the prism of its adaptation for the national legal basis is examined. The author also researched the genesis of domestic lobbying, its constitutional and legal determination in the law-making is characterized within the present-day development of Ukrainian state system, the problems and perspective of the constitutional and legal lobby control in Ukraine are analyzed. The conceptual theses of lobbying in the law-making are advanced and a number of proposi-tions and recommendations regarding its institutionalization in Ukraine.
