Vatras V. Subjects of Family Relationships

The dissertation is the independent completed scientific work, the first in Ukraine complex research of cancellation on problems of subjects family relations, on basis the current legislation and theoretic works, the law nature of family and family relations is opened, development of category subject of family relations and its law characteristic are analyzed and classified. It was revealed and found out the essence of the subjects family relations in Ukraine and it's development perspective. There are given regards to the task of sphere of activity, arising, evolution and contemporary state of the family, family relations and other significant categories of family law by means of critical analysis of law literature, international and national law-normative base. The significant attention in the dissertation is given to development of offers on improvement of the legislation.
