Naritnik T. Prophylaxy of preterm labor in terms of 22 - 28 of gestation for decreasing of perinatal morbidity

The thesis is devoted to the problem - to reduction of decreasing of perinatal complications in patients with threatened premature labor in terms 22 - 28 weeks of gestation with antiphospholipide syndrome. There were found high rate of pregnancy, complications, haemostatic disfunction and haemodynamic disorders in women with hyperproduction of APA. Autoimmune aggression stimulating thrombocytopenia, aggreation of thrombocytes, decreasing of protein-C and disseminated intravascular coagulation. Those metabolic disorders causing to acute and chronic obsteric complication. There were found some important correlative changes between autoimmune markers and specifical haemostatic parameters with prognostic value of its. Recommendended complex angioprotectors (solkoseryl, detralex) decreasing pathological levels of APA, normalizing haemostasis, decreasing insidence of perinatal complications.
