Essay

The results of three-year research of different methods of melon growing in the spring greenhouses on the sun heating are presented. The most valuable varieties and hybrids with optimum duration of vegetation period, average mass of fruit, high early and commodity productivity, firmness against illness (Ascochita), biochemical composition, and degustation evaluation have been selected. The optimum scheme of plants' placing has been established (70x60 cm). It's implementation increases productivity by 0.7 kg/m2, comparing to average yield - 5.5 kg/m2. It was investigated the of inoculation of the hybrid Rada F1 on different species of the f. Cucurbitaceae: Lagenaria siceraria (Мolino) Stand., Cucurbita maxima Duch., Cucurbita ficifolia Bouche, Luffa acutangula Roxb., Cyclantera pedata Schrader, Echinocystis lobata Тorr. et Gray., Benincasa hispida Cogn. var. clavata. The characteristics of plants growth and developments were studied. The methods of inoculation anularis for hybrid Rada F1 has been created. The high correlation between the melon's yield and other characteristics has been set. The level of economical effectiveness of melon variety, schemes of plants placing, and inoculation ware calculated.
