The dissertation is devoted to the problem of increasing the reliability of measuring the electrical power quality factors with taking into account the correlation connections between the data been measured and their statistical laws. The systematical and accidental errors of measuring a voltage nonsinusoidality ratio were analyzed. It's proved that a correlation between the voltage harmonics exists. The systematical and accidental errors of measuring the steady-state voltage deviation and measuring the voltage asymmetry were researched. The necessity of the correlation factor between the positive and negative phase-sequences and between the positive and zero phase sequences determing in the case of different dispersions of phase-to-phase and phase voltages was shown. The obtained results provides to optimize the measuring results and increase their accuracy. The compositions of antisine statistical law was researched. The coverage factors for the composition of two and three antisine statistical lawsfor big and small samples with taking into account possible correlation between these samples were obtained. Statistics of the Grabbs' criteria were obtained for the showing up from one to five abnormal results. The research of parametrical and non-parametrical methods of determination the correlation factor between data been analyzed was carried out. The correction factors for the coefficients of the rank correlation were calculated.
