The thesis deals with the issue of forming communicative competence to future specialists of information activity and paperwork in the process of learning the humanities. Content, tasks and structure of communicative competence have been highlighted. Criteria, figures and levels of formed communicative competence to future specialists of information activity and paperwork have been determined. The model of the specialist of information activity and paperwork has been improved in the research. As a result of the research, the model of forming communicative competence to future specialists of information activity and paperwork in the process of learning the humanities has been developed and theoretically substantiated. Its effectiveness was verified and confirmed in the process of experimental teaching to the humanities.
