Shafarchuk V. Cliniko-immunologic peculiarities of maternal-fetal interrelations and their correction in pregnant women with arterial hypertensia.

The dissertation is devoted to one of actual problems of obstetrics - to decrease the frequency obstetrics and perinatal complications in pregnant women with arterial hypertention based on the studying a pathogenetic role of system of immunity, cytokine structure and their communication with uterine-placental-fetus hemodynamic. For the first time were carried out the changes of immunity which are shown by oppression of Т-cellular lymphocyties activity, decrease in synthesis Ig G, activation of a NK-link of immunity, increase of circulating immune complexes, decrease activity of nonspecific factors of protection in pregnant with arterial hypertention. There were investigate the role of infringements of system of immunity, cytokine in development of complications of pregnancy, fetus and newborn in women with this pathology. There were elaborate the new system of pathogenetic treatment and reabilitation methods for pregnant with this pathology for the decrease freguency complications in women and their fetus.
