The dissertations is devoted to a problem of increase of efficiency of therapy of patients lichen planus is deprived at its combination to a mycosis of a skin and mucous. Features of current, clinical displays are studied and certain; pathomorfologic changes; character of the general and local status of an organism, patients with such complex a pathology. By means of the analysis of all set of investigated factors various levels clinic-laboratory infringements are allocated and investigated patients are incorporated in clinic-therapeutic group. Simultaneously with traditional therapy lichen planus depriving, patients lichen planus with a mycosis of patients of the first group appointed Itraconazol and a solution of Cycloferon 12,5 %, local - 1 % paste "Sulsena", the second group: Terbinafin and Amixin, the third group: Pimafucin inside, local candles with Pimafucin, the fourth group the standard therapy. The clinical-laboratory estimation of the offered therapy is lead and the rational technique of preventive maintenance of relapses is developed. At absence of complications and undesirable effects have allowed to receive positive therapeutic effect at reduction of terms of therapy on the average for 18-20 days, to achieve favorable changes of the immune status, to increase duration of remission (48 % of remissions by duration more than 9 months), to avoid progressing disease, to reduce number of relapses while in.
