Essay

Under influence nitrosoguanidine at stain Streptomyces globisporus 1912 a number of mutants with the blocked synthesis polyketide an antibiotic landomycine E is received. On the basis of positive results genetic recombination at fusion protoplasts no-landomycine and no-genisteine mutants containg labels antibiotic resistanse the conclusion is drawn on an accessory phenotypical similar mutations lndE-and gsn- to the various genes, supervising biosynthesis of an antibiotic and isoflavone accordingly. The red-orange pigment synthesized by mutants R3, Y4, RV and 7Or behind the basic parameters is identical standard lycopene. The most active mutant R3 synthesizes up to 2 mg lycopene on gram of a dry biomass mycelium. Strains B1, 141, R3, RV, Y4 and 2LV synthesize isoflavones genistein and daidzeine on the minimal medium. Maxima of adsorption (at 260 nanometers) and Rf at TLC standard preparations of firm Sigma. For the first time ability exogenic genisteine is shown to increase synthesis polyketide antibiotics - landomycine A and Е, tetracenomycine and chlortetracycline on 11 - 42 %. Product of mutant Streptomyces globisporus 2LV, was extraction from the minimal medium has molecular weight 384.9 г/Моль and empirical formula С21Н20О7. Structurally, it prenylic genisteine with free hydroxylic group at 5-th carbon atom of a ring A.
