Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of the disorders characteristics of separate parameters of calcium homeostasis, blood coagulation and fibrinolytic system of the meteodependent patients of the elderly and senile age with hypertonic disease, as well as their correction using the voltage-dependent calcium channel blockers and the blocker of calmodulin. It has been revealed that the meteodependent patients with arterial hypertension have got the redistribution of calcium fraction composition in the form of reduction of ionized calcium and increase in its intracellular concentration. During the analysis of fibrinolysis separate indexes the activity reduction of activation constant and activity increase of inhibition constant are marked. According to the results of ultrasound dopplerography there is indexes growth of peripheral resistance in the examined patients. The examination has shown the substantiation of the use combination of inhibitor angiotensin-converting enzyme, calcium channel blockerwith the blocker of calmodulin and its efficiency in blood-pressure lowering, meteodependence lessening and calcium homeostasis, hemostasis and fibrinolysis normalization.
