Processes of increasing the corporate governance's efficiency in JSK. Development of new and deepening of existent theoretical positions and grounding of practical recommendations for the formation of the system of conflicts of interests' management in JSK and in Kryvyj Rih enterprises of iron-ore industry. Scientific novelty of results is represented by defining the principles of conflicts of interests' management and the method of calculation of the stakeholder potential for conflicts; determination of the basic elements of the system of conflicts' of interests' management; improvement of the informative and content filling of the filter functions of subsystem of monitoring of conflicts of interests; development of classification of conflicts of interests and the methodic of organization the network for managing the conflicts of interests, types of functions of the mediator-controller. The practical application has taken place for the mechanism of conflicts of interests' management, system of the filters for the proactive reaction on the conflicts of interests, principles of conflicts of interests' management, subsystem of monitoring of conflicts of interests and methodic of organization the network for managing the conflicts of interests.
