Essay

Enzymatic oxidation of polynonsaturated fat compounds at catalytic action of lipoxygenases. An establishment of features of functioning 5-lipoxygenase with application tetramethylpyperydinyl ethers of waterproof carbonic acids and value allosteric effectors in lipoxygenase catalysis. Physical and chemical methods, electron-paramagnetic resonance, UV-spectrophotometer, mathematical methods. Application of oxyl-tetramethylpiperidinyl esters of hydrophobic acids for study of features in functioning of lipoxygenases was based. Esters of hydrophobic acids caused decrease the velocity of linoleyl alcohol
