Grebinichenko O. Global Ratings of Ukraine as a Factor of Influence on the National Security of the State.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of mechanisms of influences of countries' global ratings and monitoring on the security of political communications as the component of national security of the state. Theoretical and applied issues of political and communicative security and global ratings have been studied. An important role of the global country's rating in the structuring of the spaces of international security and political communication as well as in realization of institutionalized and manipulative influences on national states have been mentioned. Peculiarities and mechanisms of the influences of global ratings and monitoring of Ukraine on the system of internal and external political communications have been defined. It is offered corresponding approaches and propositions related to the providing of country's political and communicative security in the context of overcoming and minimizing the destructive influences of global ratings.
