Essay

A framework for software life cycle objects' assessment is created for sound decisions making as to life cycle effective management. It encompasses the models and the methods for formalized life cycle objects' assessment tasks solving with expertises interrelated in new assessment process being integrated with life cycle. The process model defining its subprocesses (for fixed alternatives' evaluation) and their environment with the relation of metrized similarity being proposed is formed and investigated. The methods for full and non-excessive subprocesses' support are developed for expertise result quality maximizing with formalisms proposed - Argumented value tree, Stability and Grounding Indexes. The model for software risk management supported with the original program tools based on a framework elaborated are designed and put into software process without risk managing. Its improvement by means of risk mitigation is accomplished.
